HPE ProLiant Gen12: security-first servers built for the AI era

Hewlett Packard Enterprise introduced its ProLiant Gen12 servers in 2025, setting a new security benchmark for the industry. The headline feature is the new iLO 7 management chip: a silicon root of trust verifies firmware integrity at the chip level before the server even boots, and the platform is ready for post-quantum cryptography — long-term assurance for demanding environments such as government and finance. On efficiency, Gen12 completes the same workloads with notably less power than previous generations, and liquid-cooled variants are available for heavy AI workloads. With HPE GreenLake, server capacity can also be consumed on a pay-per-use basis, letting organizations scale infrastructure without large upfront investment. TERABIT NET is an HPE partner and provides end-to-end consulting, supply and installation of ProLiant servers.
